  • Algorithmic backtesting does not ensure future performance—it relies on historical data and may not reflect real-market scenarios. We disclaim liability for losses due to gaps in data, connectivity, or execution.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Platform—including software, reports, and visuals—are owned by MyAlgo Trade. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these without our express written permission.

7. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

  • Subscription payments are non‑refundable and non‑cancellable. Please review the service details thoroughly before purchasing.

  • We reserve the right to update subscription fees. Continued use after such updates implies your acceptance.

8. Platform Availability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or compatibility.

  • We disclaim all warranty—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or system integration.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAlgo Trade is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial losses, arising from use of the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
